Be part of bringing the Tabernacle Experience to life for our community! We are looking for volunteers to help create a meaningful and welcoming experience for every guest. Whether you enjoy greeting people, or working behind the scenes, there is a place for you.

There are two separate volunteer sign-up forms, depending on the area where you would like to serve.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Guides & Hosts

Nov 2-14

Station Guides - Read a scripted passage and teach about the area and items at the station.
We would like the YOUTH (12-16) to fill these station guide positions first.

Journey Guides - Walk with a group of visitors throughout the 11 stations. Help them feel comfortable and feel the spirit. (Ages 17+)
Welcome Hosts - Gather visitors into Welcome rooms and organize them into Groups; help give instructions.
Contemplation Host - At the end of the tour help visitors contemplate their learning and answer any questions to further understanding.

Support Roles

Oct - Nov 14

Tabernacle Setup & Construction – Assist with building/assembling(Oct 31), or preparing items for the Tabernacle displays. We will also need to break down part of the display for Sunday services (Nov 7).
Visitor Center & Art Setup – Help create a beautiful and inviting indoor experience with exhibits, displays, and artwork.
(Set-up Oct 31; Partial breakdown Nov 7th,; Full breakdown Nov 14).
Security & Parking – Provide a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and volunteers.
Medical Support – Assist with first aid needs and guest care during the event.
